• Roles: children's ministry, parking, greeters, ushers, security, nursery, worship, tech, outreach.
• Reputation as serving community affirmed by Leesburg Police captain.

U.S. Outreach

• Harvest Party: 150 volunteers/staff, 6,000 attendees (alternative to Halloween).
• 1,000 volunteer hours; 17 local projects, 3 distributions (food/supplies).
• Helped refugee family from China (apartment, school, integration).
• 5 trips to Asheville, NC post-Hurricane Helene.
• Operation Christmas Child: 6,500 shoeboxes (4,500 local, 1,200 online, 600 from CCA students).

Global Outreach

• 6 trips to 4 countries (e.g., Uganda: villages, water, gospel, medicine).
• Christmas Catalog (last year: $275k from 856 donations):
  • $27k: food/water/livestock (e.g., 10 oxen for Haiti).
  • $39k: education/vocational (e.g., anesthesia machine Uganda).
  • $34k: Bibles (2,000 in local languages: Pakistan, China, Czech).
  • Vehicles for Chile/Hungary missionaries.
  • 115 blanket/pillow sets for Malawi orphanage.
  • $10.5k: sewing machines for Egypt refugees.

• $5M+ donated to needs locally/globally.
• CCA: Low tuition, scholarships; kindergarten renovation started.
• Debt-free: Main campus (including courtyard); CCA campus debt-free in <1.5 years.
